I am inspired by roles that require creative and strategic problem-solving to achieve better outcomes for people and organizations.Recently, as Director of Cricket at one of Adelaide's leading Private Schools, I identified the strengths and challenges of the sport and designed and implemented programs and initiatives which delivered the best possible outcomes for our students, staff, and community.I am most passionate about initiatives that enhance the participant experience.Prior to beginning work in cricket in 2013, my experience was in the music business where I worked as a Record company Director, producer, and songwriter in Los Angeles and Europe during a time when traditional music revenue streams were replaced by streaming services. It was during this time that my passion for innovative problem-solving, and collaboration was forged.
