I am a product owner/ project manager with 8.5 years of experience in engineering and technology based environments. I help companies deliver projects and products to market using cross functional stakeholder management and agile methodologies. Some examples include:I managed the development and delivery of Range Rover and Ranger Rover Sport 2024 model year for climatic systems user experience. This work brought in significant improvements to customer experience, identified by speaking to real customers from the USA, China and UAE markets. Then integration of new software and hardware technologies were tested, validated and put into production, including a new HMI strategy. I lead an agile squad as a PO, with the squad specialised in defining user experience as well as software and hardware delivery for the climate system at Jaguar Land Rover. This included development of all aspects from concept to minimal viable product and beyond.I ensured that Range Rover and Range Rover Sport 24 model year would be accepted into the Middle Eastern market. This was done by communicating and working with the in-market stakeholders.
