At Vivaldi, I split my time between the London and New York offices. My role included:- Playing key role in projects in client projects in industries such as commodities and sports, with responsibilities including quantitative & qualitative research and analysis, insight generation, value proposition development and client presentation- Collaborating with firm partners on more than 10 client engagements, in industries such as pharmaceuticals, fashion, insurance and healthcare IT. Tasks included building workshop decks, presenting to clients, facilitating client workshops and taking detailed customer and executive interview notes on behalf consultants and partners. - Working with senior partners to develop new business proposals for prospective clients across the globe- Presenting research findings and key project deliverables to current clients, on topics including interactive discussion tools and proprietary growth methodologies; making regular presentations to internal teams, including firm’s senior leadership- Collaborating directly with expert witnesses on several branding litigation projects, writing litigation reports, identifying supporting evidence and expanding arguments for expert testimonies- Working closely with firm CEO and directors in the creation of white papers on consumer trends and growth strategies, performing a customer segmentation and designing a visual framework respectively- Developing firm’s first case study bank, leading the creation of 15 case studies for internal education and new client acquisition - Executing Vivaldi’s social media strategy, which resulted in a 250% increase in Twitter followers
