I worked part time throughout later education and full time for 2 years post university. The majority of this work was field based and I covered nearly 70,000 miles per year.My main roles included the sale and service of wireless, POS, and corporate video display systems. I also acquired expertise in satellite technology, data networking and home cinema. I was responsible for liaising and meeting clients through to installation and after support. As a subcontractor I also trained disabled children and young adults to use specialist IT software. The role involved account/ client management and as the type work and clients varied considerably it was important I applied an alternating disposition to provide the best service.I planned, meetings, routes and calls daily and was assigned later assigned the task of training new engineers at HQ. I was required to be extremely flexible with regard to working hours, occasionally on call 24 hours a day.
