Student Marketeer

As a Student Marketeer with Red Bull, I am trusted with on and off-premise sales, campus support, and global, regional, and local marketing initiatives. This role is centered around a full-time enrollment in collegiate studies, and many of my responsibilities with brand marketing are targeted at college students, as this is Red Bull's largest EPC. A Student Marketeer with Red Bull is the face of the brand, and apart from Red Bull athletes, we are the only people who are allowed to wear the Red Bull logo while sampling product, performing sales support, or assisting with a Red Bull event. While branded, a Student Marketeer will drive the iconic Red Bull Mini Cooper to a moment of need, bringing cans into hands at the most opportune time. Sampling involves planning out the 'mission', accounting for product sampled, and documenting the opportunity via photos and segmented reporting. Sales support also involves well-timed product sampling, but with a shifted focus on showing our appreciation to the accounts that sell Red Bull as well as offering our services to improve their on or off-premise point of sale experiences. Seeding is centered around a Student Marketeer's college campus, and the objective is to make Red Bull available to students as if it appeared out of no where, and at the most opportune and convenient time. Red Bull has many creative ways of achieving this effect, and Student Marketeers are the ones who bring Red Bull's campus presence to life. This position has taught me how to construct and fulfill marketing plans, sales initiatives, and facilitate brand-to-consumer relationships effectively and efficiently. Red Bull has an industry-leading set of marketing strategies, and I feel grateful that I have been able to learn from some of the most fun, creative, and determined marketing strategists in the world.
