Prominence consults and trains across social recruitment, online job marketing, employment / employer branding and recruitment agency marketing. Working as a part of the overall team, my main role is to manage and create video content for our clients, through both filming and editing a variety of styles of video. I also do graphic design work for marketing related content.

Digitise-it is a small Multi-Media production company, that provides a social media re-branding service. The company, although relatively new, has enjoyed a range of success with positive remarks from already happy clients.My role within the company is the Post-Production lead, I work closely with the Video and Sound Production team to create the best possible product. I have had experience with a range of equipment such as, Green Screens, Edit Suites and Canon XF305 camera's.I also fill a secondary role within the company, as a Market Researcher, this role has led me to develop my time keeping and organisational skills.

Over the course of my degree my understanding of both operational and theoritical media production has increased significantly, I am experienced in a variety of different cameras, such as the Sony PD175, The Sony V1, a range of DSLR's and the full HD Canon XF305, which I feel has had a significant impact in my knowledge of cinematography, this also is the first experience I've had with a professional standard, tapeless camera. Furthermore, I've recently used High Speed Phantom LC320s, working within a small team, we filmed a variety of short advertisements using the camera. I feel that from my current level of experience using a range of camera's I would be able to adapt easily to a new piece of equipment. I would suggest that in examining my own skills in media production that Post-Production is a area where i feel most confident. I have various practical experience in video editing, using a range of software such as Apple Final Cut Pro and also Adobe Premiere CS6. Both of which I feel I perform to a strong level. I also have a reasonable knowledge in Adobe After Effects and Apple Motion, and can confidently colour correct, stabilize footage, analyse motion and a range of other techniques. I also have acceptable knowledge in Adobe Audition and Soundtrack Pro.I can work coherently in both a Television studio in a multi-tude of roles or an location.Throughout my time in University I feel I have honed a few of my personal skills, my time keeping and organisation is strong and I am able to work in a team enviroment, whether it be as a leader, in a Producer/Director role as a Runner.
