Working with founders to define early product, technology, and talent strategy

I lead Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Governance, and Data Products functions at Arcadia, the world's biggest purveyor of utility data. My focus has been the technology, architecture, and team skills composition needed to evolve a vibrant Analytics team into a multi-discipline Data function. We now own and operate a mature data ecosystem capable of powering effective analytics, critical internal integrations, and external-facing data products. In addition to developing our data team and solutions, Arcadia's dramatic growth stage progress has afforded me valuable new opportunities in - Acquisition due diligence and integration - IPO readiness, SOX, SOC2, and GDPR controls- Global team management (Chennai, India)- Enterprise partnerships

I lead the data portion of the Tech org at Bowery where we're working to make indoor agriculture more efficient, productive, and delicious. Data is part of the company's thesis and it's our job to deliver that vision from the unprecedented digital and physical platform we've created. My role is to grow, develop, and connect the team to the company and our technology to its challenges. I manage Analytics (data for people), Algorithms (data for computers), and Data & ML Engineering functions.
