Delivering and maintaining a comprehensive suite of commercial training courses for the Volkswagen group network.Duties include:• Delivering BAU courses to the group network including; L&M, Personal dev, coaching, sales, customer care and brand induction programmes• Delivering, hosting and comparing special events e.g. car launches for Audi in Munich and launching the VW up! Open course duties included:• Running open courses: including leadership, time management, team development, conflict and assertiveness, persuasion, influence and advanced communication;• Writing the open course material including interactive learning activities and workbooks;Coordinating, designing and delivering training for a large annual leadership conference held by Impellus and attended by 200 delegates.
