Delivering and maintaining a comprehensive suite of commercial training courses for the Volkswagen group network.Duties include:• Delivering BAU courses to the group network including; L&M, Personal dev, coaching, sales, customer care and brand induction programmes• Delivering, hosting and comparing special events e.g. car launches for Audi in Munich and launching the VW up! In Spain• Maintaining course material to ensure it is up to date • Designing new course material• Taking part in training events at the factories and bringing the knowledge back to localise them to the UK market. • Liaising with stakeholders to provide learning solutions• Running webinars as part of learning journeys

Designing and delivering training programmes for a variety of businesses across diverse industry sectors, nationwide. The role involved running both in-house training and open courses. Open course duties included:• Running open courses: including leadership, time management, team development, conflict and assertiveness, persuasion, influence and advanced communication;• Writing the open course material including interactive learning activities and workbooks;Coordinating, designing and delivering training for a large annual leadership conference held by Impellus and attended by 200 delegates. This included overseeing all trainer material, as well as delivering sessions to groups ranging between 30 – 75 delegates.In-house duties included:• Conducting training needs analysis;• Managing client relationships; • Writing bespoke training material to deliver the agreed outcomes;• Delivering training courses and follow-up coaching to staff at all levels. This has included frontline customer-facing staff up to director level;• Writing detailed training and coaching reports that include feedback from delegates, personal observations, as well as recommendations for further development of delegate;• Providing long-term support to companies as their outsourced learning and development function requiring planning and constant monitoring of delegates’ training needs, as well as delivering a comprehensive training and coaching programme.

Transphorm is a training and recruitment company specialising in outcomes-driven training for businesses of all sizes, including Tesco, VT Group, Slough Council and The Caravan Club. The role involved all aspects of training as well as managing the coaching element of the recruitment arm of the business. Duties included:• Pitching for new business;• Consulting with clients to ascertain their training requirements;• Designing bespoke training material, including workbooks;• Delivering training to groups of up to 30 on topics including customer service, sales skills, leadership and management, personal impact and motivation;• Follow-up coaching with delegates to monitor progress and coaching new employees;• Reporting back to clients with regard to employee progress;• Managing junior recruitment staff to ensure they achieved sales targets and carried out the recruitment analysis effectively and efficiently.
