My primary duties include:- Provide professional and timely support to clients all the way up to and including advanced tier II, and occasionally tier III support issues- Monitor and maintain client servers, firewalls, networks, workstations, and numerous LOB applications, such as Quickbooks and Compeat Advantage- Install, program, and maintain a variety of PBX servers and systems, such as RingCentral, Jive, as well as in-house PBX platforms, such as local Sangoma and Avaya servers.My more specific scope of work and systems I interacted with include:-Server platforms that I have gained experience with include Apple servers, Windows servers, and Linux servers.
