As well as steering the Premium Experience team through the COVID pandemic, I was responsible for Business Development across AO / TA Properties. This included leading the successful development of multiple new AO Pillars (verticals / revenue streams), including EDI and Health & Wellness, directly commercialising them through partnerships, hospitality & experiences, ticketing and licensing- Played a key role in securing Australian Open’s first ever exclusive travel partner, worth over $82mil- Secured the Australian Open's first Health & Wellness partner, creating ‘AO Mornings’ - Responsible for $31mil in contracted annual revenue

Responsible for Premium Experiences, Hospitality and Travel sales budget.- Achieved over 100% growth in revenue across three years, including $54mil in FY20- Led a team of 15+ full time employees and multiple contractors - ATP Cup: Led Premium Experiences sales for a completely new tournament across 3 states (NSW, WA & QLD)- Oversaw successful digital transformation of Premium Experience / Hospitality sales, resulting in 260% increase in online sales
