Tasks:- Test and implement new product offerings and features- Apply security policies to ensure server environments are meeting compliance standards- Work with compliance and audit teams to ensure proper end-user controls are being introduced- Ensure all infrastructure vulnerabilities are resolved in a timely fashion- Create process flows, architecture diagrams, and end-user documentation for all aspects of environment- Apply software patches on both Windows VM's & Linux Appliances- Work with Data Center Engineers to troubleshoot issues with physical servers- Maintain strong relationship with business vendor

Day-to-Day Tasks: - Stand up new server environments- Patch servers and ensure software is always up-to-date- Clean up environments to ensure unused multi-factor tokens are returned & old user accounts are deleted- Work with users to ensure that end-user experience is optimized- Keep architecture diagrams and documentation up-to-date - Collaborate with Technical Product Owners to ensure workflow is streamlined through the Agile process
