A little bit about me.I am a collaborator, a problem solver, a supporter of creative storytelling, and a constant learner in the art of the visual narrative methods.As a VFX Set Supervisor, I work with others to create the best stories on each project, providing guidance, support, and solutions on how to achieve the vision of the film-makers from a Visual Effects perspective.My goal is having the best quality material heading into Post-Production to create the best Visual Effects to support your stories.I have extensive experience and understand the challenges that come up during the film-making process and how to balance the creative wants with the needs of the Visual Effects process, along with the budget, the daily press of limited time/material/man-power, and other circumstances that come up as they occur.For the past 20 years, I have been working in the film/television entertainment industry, with the past 15 years focused primarily on Visual Effects. Having started off in multiple departments, I have a keen understanding of the film-making process from many different perspectives, and a deep appreciation of all the work that goes into creating a film or television show.I have had the privilege of working for a vast range of projects on the production/client side. From small budget intimate projects, to giant block-buster films, from primarily 2D focused projects, to full on motion-capture extravaganzas, I have developed an understanding of the various needs, challenges, and methodologies that are required to bring these very different projects to life.I’m looking forward to the next project and the opportunities they may present!
