I am a mid-level supervisor within the Armed forces with eight years of experience and service. I specialize in law enforcement operations and area security. My job involves overlooking the balance of life and work efficiency for three small group leaders and eight coworkers.I’m a driven individual who is used to diversity and a fast-paced work style that requires flexibility. My goals are simply to find a career and team that works with team cohesion putting upstanding values at the forefront of their work ethics creating a dynamic that has no option but to succeed at any given task. I excel at finding individual's strongest skills and putting them in a place where they can succeed. I walk with my head high and ears open knowing that everyone has something of value to contribute. I am proud of all my accomplishments throughout my service understanding that even the littlest task is a piece to a pie of success. I was put on a team of five selected individuals as the lead supervisor, where we had to display professionalism, expertise, and endurance on one of the highest platforms during a team-based competition.
