Reports to the Chief Executive, responsible to develop and implement strategic business plan to achieve corporate objectives and to maintain the No. 1 in product positioning in Sarawak under the luxury car segment. To develop, review and optimize the sales structure/organization and to improve sales force capabilities to drive sales, strategic implementation on customer service strategy to maintain a high CSI retention rate for Sales & After-Sales Divisions, control of vehicle sales costing, product pricing and promotional activities/events for Sarawak region and responsible to maintain long term relationship with local government agencies / GLC on their yearly purchases.To measure and maintain Dealer Standards/Corporate Compliance as required by the Principal.Experience in performance management, recruitment and selection, termination, employee relations and discipline, training and development. Other job functions include conducting in-house product training/orientation programs for new employees, meeting with corporate/fleet/government agencies, customer relations and complaints handling and other administrative matters.Experience in handling various product ranges such as Mercedes-Benz Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Fuso Light Duty and Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Mazda and Peugeot Passenger Cars.Proven record of successful business turnarounds.

Reports to the Branch Manager, and responsible for managing two (2) departments or marques, Peugeot and Mazda passenger cars. Involved in mentoring, managing, training and developing sales teams, managing marketing and promotional activities, driving profitability through increasing sales and controlling costs while maintaining company operating standards. Assisting the Branch Manager in after-sales matters.
