• Managed and contributed to the production of 15 reports, totaling ~300 pages. Key findings delivered at COP15, incorporated into USAID’s $6 million ALIGN project.
• Formulated project strategy alongside PI’s, co-developing project framework, research process, and project outputs.
• Produced two country reports analyzing governance capacity, legal frameworks, and the realities of implementation, as well as key informant interviews, to highlight effective conservation levers.
• Coordinated a 7-member international core team (with 2 ancillary teams of subject-matter experts), across 5 time zones, and more than 30 key informant interviews with practitioners embedded in Global South communities.
