Though we have our roots dated back to 1969, we had discusson about establishing this network in 2006 to eventually registered it in 2013. There are three focus areas. The first is setting up the systems - policies, manuals and SOPs. Secondly, overseeing the operation of the newly established organisation. Thirdly, to raise money to support the operation.

I was a senior Consultant doing the Need Assessment Survey as engaged by Nautilus Minerals. We interviewed almost 3000 Household along the North Coast area of Namatanai in the New Ireland Province

I was with Bank of South Pacific Madang Branch for almost 4 years and two months. I worked as a driver, cleaner, customer service officer, receptionist and a photocopy boy. I was then transferred to be a lending officer. After that I was an Electronic Banking Officer. My patience and commitment to work resulted in being appointed as a relieving Branch Training Officer. My role as a training officer is to provide training on every new product, remind the staff of fraud activity and Security precautions. I also worked with team leaders to identify weakness in staff performances and provided additional training. When a new employee joined us, I conducted induction training and also provided product and procedure training. On the 28th of May 2013 I was promoted to be the Branch Training Officer. Praise God for my promotion. God gave me such a heart to be PATIENCE, HUMBLE and I was able to SUBMIT. During my time at the Bank, i didn't work to be promoted, I simply served as best as I could to put a smile on someone's face and market my employers' product with high confidence and with such a boldness to bring more customers to experience our service. When I left the bank, I was a senior Sales and Marketing officer who had travelled far and wide of Madang province. From rural areas to district headquarters on Vehicles, boat, canoe, chopper and even walked to convincingly sell Bank of South Pacific products. "A Chinese restaurant owner once said "If you want to expend your business and want it to grow, share your profits with your employees because they are the front line people who do all they can to bring money to you. When you share your profits, it will build a strong relationship and loyalty to you for the rest of their lives, They will know that, they have a future with you". I experienced the worst during my four years but I learned a lot of things and now I am prepared to face the future with confidence.

It was my work experience. I did reconciliation. Our books and the bank statement also I was at the stores department.
