Gains customer acceptance of all contract deliverables to effectively closeout all aspects of the contract.• Preparation and review of subcontract documents, including defining terms and conditions, scopes of work, pricing structures, schedules, delivery, acceptance, and performance regimes that appropriately flow-down conditions required to operate with the JP9101 Prime Contract.• Provide guidance and support in all subcontract matters throughout the Program lifecycle.• Provide subject matter expertise in contract and subcontract management practices, including subcontract performance management, claims management, reporting and dispute resolution, to enable a culture of continuous improvement within the Program and wider organisation.• Stakeholder management of key external subcontractors and internal functional leads within Babcock and the Program, to drive Contract Status Reporting (CSR) and management to ensure delivery of contractual requirements as per the statements of work.• Provide support and work with the broader commercial, subcontract, trade controls, procurement, and other functional teams on an as required basis.
