- Supported energy market research and evaluation tasks resulting in strategic guidance provided to administrators and regulators of energy-efficiency programs- Verified energy savings calculations for program measures using Technical Reference Manual algorithms- Performed qualitative and quantitative data analysis measuring the impact of energy-efficiency programs, improving program design and delivery- Programmed surveys

- Analyzed survey data, reported on key findings- Administered and analyzed semi-structured interviews, literature reviews, onsite energy audits- Formatted and proofread proposals, reports, interview guides, and survey instruments

- Supported development of a platform product for small business owners - Worked with both product-based and service-based small businesses to provide Strategy and Financial Analysis, Sales & Marketing, eCommerce and Operations guidance
