Manage daily operations to meet company KPI's. In the last 8 months built Sharepoint sites for internal electronic communication of purchase and maintenance work orders. Linked the sites to Dev Ops to manage the departments and demand.

Over saw the manufacturing floor including purchasing, shipping and scheduling. My primary focus was to strengthen the team and to improve flow of material during the manufacturing process to prevent stagnant cells. Managed the installation and training of a powder coat line.

Oversaw our Inventory, Shipping and IT department. Completed a company transition to Quickbooks from a non working ERP system during this time. I also generated and maintained our company procedures.

Managed daily facility needs to meet shipments. Helped implement and maintain maintenance PM schedule to improve equipment up time. Maintained the facilities organization and cleanliness through a variety of subordinates and also third party vendors for the grounds maintenance/snow removal. Key role in the Safety Team, conducted audits and completed action plans in order to correct and prevent safety related issues.

Scheduled production based on needs. Evaluated and corrected production/shipping related issues through coaching/mentoring. Held monthly production meetings with all shifts to review productivity, safety, customer complaints and any new business items.

Managed the shipping department in our Janesville location to maintain on time shipments. Completed audits on cycle counts due to discrepancies. During this time I was able to not only maintain on time shipments but also learn all of our plant equipment operations including maintenance. I helped in production as needed to meet order dates. Worked in maintenance for approximately 4 months, 2 of which I still ran shipping, to help install and bring new equipment online.

Picked and packed orders to meet on time delivery. Completed cycle counts. Assisted production as needed.
