Power and Associates Customer Champion in 2014 for the third time in four years. • Discussion and meeting with the technical leads and understand the man power requirements in the teams and brief the recruitment team on the urgency and priority of the requirements.• Placed Candidates On H1b, W2, 1099 Etc. • Search engines & recruitment software: dice, monster, CareerBuilder, social media recruiting through LinkedIn, bullhorn reach, craigslist etc.• Maintaining relationship with H1 consultants, GC, Citizens, understanding their skills, availability for projects requirements.• Interacting with the hiring managers regarding their requirements & keeping them updated on the progress.• Gathering pre-close information of candidates (present and expected compensation, location/ relocation information, work authorization status, availability, and motivation factors etc.)• Apply extensive sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals, networking sites and referrals.• Recruiting from Entry level to Top Level.• Filtered through and reviewed completed candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicant work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements.
