The Suncorp Banking Graduate program consists of four six-month rotations.Rotation 4 - Wholesale Funding, Bank Treasury• Wholesale issuance of Term Deposits, NCD's and USCP to sophisticated clients.• Active management of the bank's short term funding portfolio to support overall funding and liquidity strategy.• Relationship management with clients including communication on maturities, pricing and new issuance.Rotation 3 - Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book, Data Analytics & Treasury Risk• Daily analysis and reporting on the banks liquidity and interest rate risk in the banking book position, including LCR, NSFR, HQLA, IRRBB Gap and EaR/VaR, to ensure that the bank remained within internal and regulatory limits.• Monthly and ad hoc reporting to APRA under APS 117 and APS 210.• Model monitoring and model family reviews as part of annual compliance procedures.• Model and process improvement/troubleshooting and documentation of new processes or procedures.Rotation 2 – Balance Sheet Management, Bank Treasury• Responsible for the daily collateral process including making/paying margin calls to counterparties.• Managed the daily cash position of the bank including repo and reverse-repo transactions.• Ran end of month and RBA reporting procedures for securitized products including RMBS and covered bonds.Rotation 1 – Traded Market Risk, Data Analytics & Treasury Risk• Risk monitoring, analysis and oversight of Treasury dealing and operations.• Measure and report on risk exposure for Suncorp’s FX and interest rate trading activities.• Maintaining real-time FX and IR rates in Suncorp’s trading system.• Monitoring FX limits and delegations of Suncorp Trading and Balance Sheet Management teams.
