- Monitored execution of 32+ logistics and acquisition professionals, supporting PEO IWS 4.0 International Programs and FMS including quality control, operations management, and PMO that presents a consistently polished and reliable support team to our customer- Provided direct support to the Major Program Manager overseeing FMS case portfolio of $20B, ensuring the delivery, maintenance of combat system capability, and associated shipboard weapons to U.S. allied and friendly nations- Identified areas for process improvement, assess appropriate manpower alignment, and recommend management changes to improve operational alignment and facilitate long-term organizational growth- Led organization in shaping foreign engagement strategies to align with COCOM priorities, maximize opportunities for cooperation, and support U.S. Navy interoperability with international fleets.
