Provide advice, analysis, and recommendations for the development or improvement of NORAD-USNORTHCOM/J7 education and training programs and systems. Ensure readiness assessments are coordinated and consistent with mission, plan, and theater assessments as well as other reporting that influences resourcing, i.e., Integrated Priority List (IPL), Global Force Management (GFM), Capability Gap Assessment (CGA), etc. Conduct readiness (DRRS) training. Ensure responsible personnel update readiness reporting in DRRS monthly, or within 24 hours of a significant event. Identify critical readiness deficiencies, develop strategies to rectify deficiencies, and ensure they are addressed in program and budget planning and management systems.
