Head of Finance (HoF) and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for the Integrity Group, including Integrity Life Australia Limited.I head up the finance functions for the Integrity Life Group. Integrity is an early stage life insurer, my role is broad reaching, from annual statutory and regulatory reporting, end to end GL control. I partner with the business heads and Executive team to provide internal and market reporting, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, decision support including preparation of capital raising material, financial modelling, business analytics & insights, forecasting/planning, investor Q&A, Statutory and Regulatory reporting.Integrity Life is a licenced Australian life insurer. Our products are sold through dealer groups, financial advisers, brokers and superannuation or employer funds. We offer retail and group insurance products, including term life insurance, trauma insurance, salary continuance insurance, critical illness, special risks, total and permanent disability cover (TPD) and income protection insurance, all with value at their core.

The main objectives of my role as Finance Partner was to assist the business to achieve its strategic and financial objectives, lead, manage and report on projects, drive business performance and identify areas for optimisation and, drive innovative technological change.

My role was to head up the Financial Planning & Analysis function of the business. It required expertise in financial modelling, budget preparation, forecast analysis, profit reporting, cash flow and engagement and collaboration with the executive team, in particularly the CFO and CEO.

The main focus of this role was the launch of our $600m enhanced retail fund, Novion Enhanced Retail Fund (NERF). The initial focus was on the setup of the Fund, implantation of processes, treasury management, tax structure, legal documentation, the capital raising and unit application process, and the setup of all financial related processes, structures and reporting.

My role as a Fund Accountant, I was responsible for the delivery of month end reporting, statutory reporting, tax compliance, treasury and accounting advice.
