At CONTEXT I have been working to improve systems and processes within the operations team as well as producing and delivering analytics reports. Currently using QlikView, Excel, VBA, SQL and Access to acheive these goals.

Working with cerco as a contracted engineer for a number of different companies, supporting users, installing new builds and troubleshooting. Reporting directly to project managers and implementing new roll outs, user migrations and any fixes required on site at various sites all over the UK.

After Studying for 6 months and gaining my first qualification in IT, I had to return to work for financial reasons. At Antic, I was one of two managers, we were tasked with improving a failing pub and preparing it for the opening of a new kitchen. An eye for detail was essential, as well as willingness to work long unsociable hours. In addition I had the same responsibilities as my previous roles at Mitchells and Butlers and Barbeerian Inns.
