As a Business Analyst at Epworth HealthCare, Victoria's largest not-for-profit private healthcare group, I am excited to support financial and operational processes at Epworth Hawthorn Hospital. My responsibilities will include providing high-quality financial analysis and reporting, managing the month-end financial process, developing the annual hospital budget, and analysing revenue and cost opportunities. This role allows me to engage with clinical and management teams to forecast activity, revenue, and costs, and support group-wide finance projects.Previously, as a Senior Consultant in Finance Advisory at KPMG, I helped clients solve complex accounting and reporting issues, improve their financial performance, and manage their risks. I have worked on multiple projects within Finance Advisory, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.I have a strong academic background in Accounting and Banking/Finance, having completed a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Accounting from Monash University in 2020. I have continued these studies within the Accounting space by obtaining membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. I also hold a certification in Getting Started as a Project Manager from LinkedIn, demonstrating my ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. I have developed core competencies in accounting, reporting, analysis, and pivot tables, as well as interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
