Associate Director Of Information Technology
CurrentAccountable for all service management activities across the Arden and GEM footprint, managing the organisation’s regional Heads of Service management across England.Requiring a highly qualified, experienced leader who has full corporate responsibility and accountability for all service management activities across the Arden and GEM IT Services footprint acting as lead and escalation point for customers.This role provides leadership, financial and contract management along with stakeholder engagement skills to ensure the customer’s needs are met in the most cost-effective and consistent manner.This role requires an excellent understanding of the management of business-critical IT systems and must work together with Heads of Service Management and other service leads across the business to ensure Arden & GEM IT Services meets their required SLAs. This role seeks to work in partnership with customer strategic forums across the footprint and works extensively to create, maintain and implement local IT strategic plans on behalf of Arden and GEM. This is balanced with the development of operational plans for clients that address all service considerations and where required any improvement plans.
