Duties include:- Provide emotional support, information, signposting and referrals via webchat,email, SMS, Whatsapp, telephone and other methods.- Assess risk and safety of callers, participate in safeguarding decision-making inconsultation with managers, and implement safeguarding procedures wherenecessary.- Record data for monitoring and complete relevant statistical forms, according toSurvivorsUK GDPR policy, and participate in overall service monitoring andevaluation.- Attend mandatory monthly group supervision and participate in ongoing training.- Support emotional support volunteers in their role and provide debrief at the endof shift.- Adhering to BACP Code of Ethics.

Duties include:- Facilitation of individuals and groups with guided discussion including check-ins, wellbeing/coping, trauma and other struggles brought up.- Signposting to various services, including providing more information on SurvivorsUK.- Providing emotional support for attendees during and after the group.- Assisting in reflective work for SurvivorsUK through Service User Panel.
