Working from my own values of authenticity, connection, leadership and humour, I support others to develop a deep understanding of themselves, others and their organisations, energising them to bring their best selves to work. I design learning that challenges people to take ownership of their goals and drives the behaviour change needed to fulfil them. I am at my best when in a training room facilitating, watching people’s perceptions transform. I am accredited with the EMCC at Senior Practitioner Level, and spend a lot of my time working with individuals to develop their skills as coaches and mentors, as part of various learning and leadership programmes at The OCM. I also enjoy working with organisations to develop their coaching and leadership strategies, and am skilled at getting 'under the skin' of a problem and helping to develop a strategy to address it.
