Provision of UK and international consultancy services for global geoscience selection (indentification of functional skills, development/delivery of competency based interviews, recommendations for experienced hire selection). With a budget of £8m and a team of 35 geoscience, engineering and support staff, the centre of techncial excellence performed an internal consultancy function to business units worldwide. Anna's role included maximising skills pool utility, negotiating and managing diverse UK and international geoscience projects using cross-functional teams.

With a £90m portfolio of UK operated and non-operated oilfield assets and strategic responsibility for 22 North Sea assets, Anna played a key role in managing the portfolio. Successes included securing DTI project sanction for a significant North Sea development, conclusion of two major UK equalisation agreements, and divestment of the Mature Fields and Exploration portfolio.

Anna spent the early part of her career as a Geoscientist working on a wide range of E&P projects. During this time she developed her analytical skills and an extensive understanding of the oil and gas business.
