My primary focus is Unified Communications working with Avaya, 8x8 & RingCentral to provide each customer with a unique solution tailored to their business. My ability to understand how businesses, and the people within them, work combined with a deep technical understanding of the solutions we deliver allows for the right solution each time. In particular I've had a great deal of success in Contact Centres enabling multi-channel communication with their customers whilst enabling integration with salesforce.com and other CRM or administration systems.In addition the Unified Communications I'm also experienced with Collaboration Tools, Local Area & MPLS Networking with Avaya & HP and SIP & VoIP Trunking for cost reduction through multiple carriers.Im very dedicated, hard working and passionate about ensuring my customers get the right solution, delivered on time, every time.
