• Implemented more than 15 different features for the upcoming Firefox Android menu redesign—ranging from pinning shortcuts to toggling reader view—using Jetpack Compose in Kotlin; set to be used by over 100 million users upon release• Wrote comprehensive unit tests using the MockK and Mockito frameworks, designed UI previews for new components, and integrated telemetry into menu features to ensure functionality validation and enable monitoring of usage metrics• Collaborated with product management, accessibility, and UX teams to ensure that the new menu aligned with product goals, complied with Mozilla’s accessibility standards, and adhered to Figma design guidelines

• Applied machine learning techniques to an algorithm based on Markov Stability in order to predict optimal community partitions within networks in an unsupervised manner, outperforming upwards of 20 other existing methods in the field• Generated 600+ synthetic benchmark graphs using a newly developed model implemented in Julia to compare, evaluate, and create visualizations based on the performance of 30 heuristic community detection algorithms in Python• Presented my summer research findings to an audience of over 50 attendees at the Summer Undergraduate Data Science Research Showcase, garnering recognition through one of two “Top SUDS Presentation” awards
