- Released medical records, requesting invoices as necessary, alongside answering phones and processing eROIs and emails.- Created an eROI workflow document to organize our processes in one location. It addressed both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder eROIs based on how they were individually completed.- Managed the team’s collaborative meetings by creating a workflow for submitting questions and answers, and then uploading and formatting those responses to the Collaborative Summary for future use.

- Answered 25-30 calls a day from new and existing patients and people calling on behalf of patients to schedule new appointments for therapy, medication management, and at least 6 other related services.- Noticed a patient was incorrectly scheduled for a diagnostic assessment based on the noted referent and quickly found and scheduled the correct spinal cord stimulator assessment for the same day at a convenient location.- Thoroughly provided multiple options for a patient to submit her court order because she and her lawyer spent two days trying to fax it over and the clinic wasn’t receiving it. Shared possible providers that could do her testing and documented the call in her chart for reference for once the court order was received.

- Observed recovery progress of 15-30 clients, conversed with them regarding their recovery, and coordinated administrative tasks related to client care, 8 hours a day.- Worked on three different units, each with a flow of clientele. Earned clients’ respect and trust within days.- Prevented a fight between roommates by being firm and direct. Brought one of the roommates to the main sitting area and spoke with him about consequences, responsibility, and specifically how his actions led to this outcome.

- 1st semester of employment: Created an organized digital filing system that could be adjusted over time using the then untapped potential of the Google Team Drives- Instrumental in the transitions that have occurred from 2018-2020 (move to new office location during my first semester, official transition to SUA, working with new Coordinators and Facilitators, training in new student employees)- This semester: Designed interview questions for my position, interviewed applicants with my supervisor, and evaluated the applicants

I worked in the Printing Services division of Auxiliary Services at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.- Communicated with customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.- Completed and delivered orders in a timely manner, 11 hours a day, 4 days a week, all in good spirit.- Learned how to work the computers quickly for different printers and assignments, as well as other tools, improving office efficiency and productivity

Through this agency, I worked a summer at a Bernard Dalsin Manufacturing plant in Farmington.- Trusted to complete a multi-step task well consistently and with little supervision (e.g. spot-welding many parts together and boxing them up)- Trained new employees on introductory tasks

- Assisted staff members and head counselors with a variety of tasks and activities pertaining to administration and campers- Served meals, cleaned tables and floors, set up chairs and equipment for events, and occasionally assisted with pool duty
