As a senior Retention Specialist at ZipRecruiter, I help our clients achieve their hiring goals by troubleshooting any potential issues they are encountering on our platform, assisting with billing functions, walking them through product demonstrations for best practices, and discussing their staffing needs in order to foster a healthy, ongoing relationship.I like to offer my assistance to teammates across the organization who may have questions about our platform, how to best position products, or even just popping in for a quick chat. While we are largely remote, I go into our Phoenix office once or twice a week in order to get face-to-face time with folks in my department while cross-pollinating with other teams as well. I am active within several Employee Resource Groups, including "Latinx in Tech" ERG.When I'm not working, I enjoy regularly attending Phoenix Suns games (proud season ticket holder!), playing volleyball, spending time with my fiancée, family, and friends, or playing a great video game, to name a few things.
