Since I was a child, I've been passionate about challenges. There are very few things in life as gratifying as achieving goals that seem unreachable and hard to get. For the last 10 years, my different jobs have allowed me to approach these kinds of challenges, adding value from diverse functions. Those challenges that pique up my curiosity, whose solutions are reached through a fun and collaborative work environment.Having a holistic and cross view of organization, and a strategic thinking is my main strength to tackle challenges. In my professional career I have had the opportunity to manage projects in diverse countries, to develop high impact products, and to apply solutions that transform businesses. Multicultural diversity has always captivated me, this is why having worked on different continents, merging up with fully opposite cultures, and getting pleasant, productive and fruitful relationships every time, is one of the achievements I'm more proud of.The search for cultural immersion took me to do some volunteering programs, driving me to discover my passion for teaching. I have been a university professor for many years, which allows me to contribute to the professional development of my future colleagues, with my own experience.
