Recruitment Head Progeon• Recruitment: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Senior Mgmt in Infosys. This included both first line as well as senior level resources up to the Vice President Cadre. Assisted by a team of 3 resources for data entry, scheduling, MIS etc.• Campaigns: Was responsible for recruitment from across the cities including Pune, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Chennai.• Resource Planning: Ensure manpower planning, resource allocation & re – allocation budgeting, and execution of manpower requirements of the organization for all levels.• Performance Appraisal Presentation: Presenting the performance appraisal cycle of Progeon to its various groups and being part of the execution team.• Training: Initiated and executed the training program for the panelist ensuring that all the member are trained on various interviewing skills and the quality of recruitment is maintain across the organization• Compensation and Benefits: Responsible for gathering market intelligence and initiated a formal compensation survey for the organization to ascertain the percentile where Progeon is placed and based on the same inputs developed the compensation banding for the organization. Self do the entire fitment for the senior level hires.
