Calculating Daily, Weekly and Monthly utilization report for the Associates and Process. Managing Ad-hoc reports and analysis as per client and process requirements. Responsible for consolidation of data from internal tool, agent tracker and Process AMs. Maintaining and developing Excel Templates as per process and client requirements. Maintaining weekly Scorecard to ensure that Operation is meeting Service Level Agreement requirements. Maintaining Daily Attendance, Attrition, SLA, FT Utilization, Daily Productivity/Variance Report. Using Excel Macros- Created user define Functions, Add-in, and automated various reports.
