Responsible for setting up master data or static data in Oracle solving stakeholder’s queries on a timely basis this would also include performing related tasks to support the month-end/yearend activities. Working on DRM tool in Oracle creating organization unit, Cost Centers, maintaining ownership of Org Unit, responsible for the creation of ledger entity, inactivation’s of OU & CC, making hierarchy changes and LE, OU swap. Responsible for Data mappings between the primary system and downstream systems. Responsible for changes requested by different divisions Mappings and provide a complete analysis and impact assessment. Responsible for development of new systems and testing in UAT environment extracting required data for better output. Managing resolution of any customer-raised queries or issues which require detailed business analysis. Engage in reporting and analysis of reports for smooth reconciliations. Manage resolution of any complex queries or issues which may require detailed business analysis and engagement with technology services colleagues. Reviewing process SOP for continuous improvement and taking account of the process documents. Providing full-service support (requirements gathering, development, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support) for enhancements. Developing and maintaining a productive relationship with stakeholders.
