Over 10 years of functional experience working within various HR Functions and Talent Acquisition.•Handling End to End recruitment process, which includes Requirements gathering, posting requirements in job portals, Sourcing profiles, scheduling coordinator, HR interviews, Reference/ Background check, Document Verification and on boarding•Interacting with client’s hiring managers on a day to day basis for gathering requirements & work allocation •Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites•Directly interact with the candidates and conducted an initial level of screening to assess their technical proficiency, interest and suitability for any given positions•We do events in the weekend with 500 interview coordination and in a month 100-150 position. It will depends on positions availability. (All Voice Bulk hiring)•Recently we did closer of 80 people in 15 days (offer rolled out)•Maintaining Employee referral database & Cross verify with existing database(SAP)•Part of Infosys Education and Research team, monitored internal certification/ examination process for offshore and onsite employees .Created HR generalist task protocol documents to support the HR department training program•Handled new Employee induction, documents verification and acted as a single point of contact for queries related to travel, accommodation, E-Docket, Pre-process training etc•Maintaining the team productive tracker on daily wise and providing appraisal data to the Clients and Maintain quality standards•Assist the HR Manager in new employee orientations to insure that all new hires are aware of all employee benefits like Insurance, Travel allowance, Risk management , Medical, and Leave policy•Managed several rewards and recognition programs, including the quarterly Performance Excellence
