Regional Manager, South for Allen Solly (Dept Stores)

Responsible for identifying and strategically creating a business for Titan Eyeplus in other countries. Have to expand the Brand with General exports of Frames and Sunglasses and OEM opportunities for Titan Lenses. Also handling national sales of Studio Sunglass at Hypercity Stores in India.

November '13- July '14:Served as the Area Business Manager for Titan Perfumes (Skinn) for the entire Eastern region. Handling 3 channels with World of Titan, Large Format Stores and General Trade. Responsible for expansion of Skinn to the North East, increasing presence of Skinn in World of Titan stores and Large Format Stores such as Shopper's Stop and West Side owing to excellent performance in the region. Aug 2013- October 2013:Worked on the Pulse 200 program targeting the top 200 customers of every Tanishq store. The project aimed at setting up a foundation for increasing the share of sale for Tanishq from the these high value customers. The RSOs at the store will act as Key account Managers for these customers. Came up with a marketing plan, created a discount scheme for the customers and an incentive scheme for the RSOs. Program successfully implemented and underway.Furthermore also worked on 5 year strategy for Tanishq in the new segments for Men's and Kid's Jewellery.
