My passion is technology and nature. This is why I like to inspire and help customers realize their sustainability ambitions, and strive to inspire businesses towards becoming Nature Positive, all with the ultimate objective to move towards a more just and equitable planet. In my current role as Director ESG, I and a 145+ global team empower the private markets to achieve both their sustainability and business goals through a full suite of ESG solutions to enhance business and investment value. Previously, I developed business models and partnerships at Land Life, a company aiming to restore the world's two billion hectares of degraded land through global tech- and data-driven reforestation projects. I have a deep understanding of nature-based solutions, the carbon markets and the ESG regulatory market as well as several leading sustainability frameworks such as CSRD, TNFD, TCFD, SBTi, SBTN, SFRD. I am analytical and innovative, experienced in creating new business models, solving problems logically, and delivering multicultural, multi-stakeholder projects. As a team player, I lead by empowering and inspiring others. I am a multilingual communicator who has worked in the USA, Singapore, Dubai, Oman and the Netherlands.
