In charge of the configuration and order any new or replacement services in any and all of our locations. Handle the conference call services through three carriers for our employees. Project manage new sites and or replacement of old equipment. Resolve any and all issues through various carriers and lead the conference calls and send out all correspondence so that the necessary departments know the progress of the situation.
