Connecting the community to The Maryland Coastal Bays Program through outreach programs with civic groups, schools and businesses. Recruit and work with volunteers and assists with community services hours-school and court mandated. Coordinate fundraisers including the Osprey Triathlon, Earth Day Clean Up, Arbor Day Planting, Paddle Board Race and Arts for Clean Bays. Also manages concession stands at the National Seashore as a fundraising initiative for the program. Creator and manager of a diamondback terrapin program and a seal steward program connecting the community with area wildlife.Serves as treasurer for the Ocean City Surf Club and serves on the board of directors for the Worcester County Humane society and serves as a volunteer for the Marine Animal Rescue Program.

Developed and orchestrated a new marketing organization which promotes Ocean City, Maryland as a golf destination.
