Customer Service 1.1. Logging all customers’ reported incidents on the incident ticket system accurately to ensure tracking, efficiency and effective management of the reported incident.1.2. Dispatching the Maintenance Technicians to attend to the reported fault within the agreed turnaround time as per the SLA.1.3. Establishing communication between field technicians and capturing the reported fault progress status on the incident Ticket system accurately and within the agreed turnaround time,while ensuring customer sms/e-mail updates are generated to both internal and external customers, Basic Incident Feedback.2. Providing Technical Support2.1. Providing support to all internal and external maintenance teams while working on customers’faults.2.2. Assisting Maintenance technicians with systems feedback to the technicians on site.3. Proactive Monitoring3.1. Monitoring the fibre optic network alarm events live and tracing the affected customers while dispatching the relevant Maintenance Tech according to the region to investigate the alarm and give feedback on the findings.
