Industries served include manufacturing, construction, software, distribution, retail, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy and healthcare. Services provided include cost accounting system analysis, restructuring systems for stream-lined processes for optimum productivity, analysis of individual segments and consolidations, detailed RFP requirements and process flow charts. SOX services include narrative development, identification of key controls, implementing best practices, preparing test plans, testing and testing remediation. Additionally, as interim controller for firms, I was in charge of all aspects of the accounting departments and provided system analysis, which resulted in significant manufacturing cost savings and improved productivity. Clients included Mapinfo, Angiodynamics, Plugpower, Innovation Fuels & Anderson Equipment.

Responsible for all facets of the accounting department for an innovative wholesale distribution firm, which acquired ISSI. Project Manager for EDI ordering system which polled customers' stores for sales each evening and automated the ordering, distribution and billing processes. Customers included Walmart, K-Mart, & QVC. The facility was certified to process 65K order per day. In addition to EDI, new innovation included wrapping and custom notes. The results were reduced costs, customer loyalty and increased revenue.

Co-Founded and operated a company that wrote ERP accounting software for wholesale distribution, construction and manufacturing industries. These systems increased revenue, reduced costs, improved cash flow, increased inventory turns and strengthened the customer bond. Our firm was instrumental in providing ground-breaking systems that allowed clients to become world dominate in their industries. Two of those clients purchased aspect of ISSI in January 2000.
