Lead the AHF Fund which allocates $3 million in grants worldwide, In charge of Fund marketing including sharing grantee stories and internal/external presentations, Work alongside Global teams to ensure an equitable funding process.

Shares responsibilities in the implementation of team’s community relations programs and initiatives; Develop and coordinate grant application, review, and reporting process; Lead Board of Director Meetings including supporting materials creation; Coordinates and executes core needs programs, appearances and events in the community; Assists in the execution of the fundraising efforts of the Cavaliers Community Foundation, including the 50/50 raffle and in-game auction; Collaborate with different teams and team members within the organization to provide opportunities to connect with the community in ways that align with the Community Relations and Cavaliers Community Foundation mission statements; Manage relationships with external organizations that are looking to form partnerships with the Community Relations Team and/or seek funding from the Cavaliers Community Foundation.

Make grant funding recommendations by reviewing grant applications, researching prospective non-profit partners, and preparing documents and analysis for executive and board review; Collaborate with Grants & Programs Team, LA84, and Play Equity Fund management in pursuit of play equity; Maintain strong relationships with grantees, funders, and experts in youth sports development.

Research Projects including those with a focus on LA County Youth Sports Coaches and sports programming in specific Los Angeles communities, Review Program Officer Grant recommendations, Event Planning, and supported the Grants & Programs team with daily tasks.

Manage Scholarship Database including the allocation of over $400 thousand in Grants to our Scholarship recipients, Work with Accounting and Development Departments to reconcile budget on a quarterly basis, Lead College Readiness class for current seniors, Responsible for event planning and logistics of the Scholarship Program.

Facilitation and processing of all charitable donation requests, Oversee programs geared towards non-profit fundraisers, Assist with the coordination and execution of all community and player involved events, Work with Community Relations staff to increase the exposure of the Chargers in the Los Angeles and Orange County communities

Ambassador to over 400 contractual accounts totaling $45 million spent annually,Assist with the coordination of Premium Experiences, Liaison between Premium Clients and Stadium Operations, Fan Services & Ticket Operations, Work with Ticket Operations and Premium Staff to resolve ticketing issues
