Going through the qualification process is most overwhelming for many people, however, it is a step by step process that we go through for each individual to secure the things requested in a timely manner for the loan officer. To meet the needs of the people looking to purchase a home I provide a step by step manual for them to read and we discuss what they are required to do to help the the homeowner better understand the process, which also include classes that I provide.
