For over 16 years, I have worked in Engineering Construction and Utility Infrastructure/Gas Planning for the City of Mesa, Arizona. I have a variety of experience which includes performing topographical surveys for project design, utility project inspections, construction field staking, gas leak survey and mapping. I have experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS 10.0, and Leica Global Positioning Systems.The majority of my work duties are performed in the field independently, managing multiple assignments in and around construction sites, roadways and utility facilities, as well as residential and commercial properties. I am well trained in OSHA Confined Space and Trench Excavation safety, PM 10 dust control, natural gas systems operations, underground utility damage, and traffic control safety and barricading.I am skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans, defining legal descriptions, property lines, easements and right of ways. I communicate with contractors, designers, engineers, residents and multiple utility agencies on a regular basis which gives me an excellent scope on project management, from design to delivery.I have completed college level courses in ArcGIS and computer information systems. I hold a valid Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Grade 2 Water Distribution Certification.
