After a long stint as a registered respiratory therapist at the MetroHealth System, I returned to college and earned my bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Urban Studies at Cleveland State University. My ultimate goal is to is to evolve and expand in my career; the people skills I have learned from my role at MetroHealth, in addition with my recent coursework, have laid the foundation for a career segue. I find this very exciting!My course of study at CSU focused on nonprofit/public administration and leadership, group processes, urban policy, organizational behavior, team management, Human Resources management, proposal writing, data analysis, research, negotiation and conflict management, gender and leadership, and urban diversity.I want to serve, and have found the proper role to do so; I have accepted the position of Coordinator of Pulmonary Rehab at the Cleveland Clinic.
