A-Job responsibilities: Manage, coordinate and support Technical review & validations with concerned departments for innovation projects.Lead product development activities along ABC organization starting from the idea generation till successful product launch in the Market through innovations & Cost saving projects.Ensure new product compliance and conduct the standard technical reviews.Provide guidance and direction for new recipes creation and modification of existing recipes in innovation projects, develop new recipes following the Marketing brief.Provide technological assistance to the breweries in the field of recipe management, in order to customize our product portfolio and match the consumer’s taste.Conduct tasting sessions; and consumer research samples; prepare technical specifications and execute stability tests before product launching for the innovations /cost saving purposes.Conduct market visits in order to inspect the packaging quality of AB and NAB products (Trade Sampling Program), report results, make recommendations for improvements and follow up on the improvement plans in the breweries.Execute training of sensory panelists, including periodical refreshment sessions. Product development & Quality system manager at Al Ahram Beverages Company-Heineken Egypt with below main responsibilities:• Prepare, organize and coordinate the integrated Internal Audit Programs for ABC using ISO Standards.• Quality Management representative & OpCo Food Safety team leader for all ABC Plants in internal and external audits.• Manage, coordinate, support & validate the New products with concerned departments for innovation projects.• Ensure new product compliance and conduct the standard technical reviews.• Provide guidance and direction for new recipes creation and modification of existing recipes in innovation projects, develop new recipes following the Marketing brief.• Provide technological assistance to the breweries in the field of recipe management, in order to customize our product portfolio and match the consumer’s taste.• Conduct tasting sessions; and consumer research samples; prepare technical specifications and execute stability tests before product launching for the innovation purpose• Conduct market visits in order to inspect the packaging quality of AB and NAB products (Trade Sampling Program), report results, make recommendations for improvements and follow up on the improvement plans in the breweries.• Execute training of sensory panelists, including periodical refreshment sessions. • Reports in SAP and initial technical inspect for the customer complaints once received from Customer service team; follows up on the actions taken by the breweries and/or Primary Logistics.• Responsible for the preparation and publication of Supply Chain controlled documents.• Ability to coordinate, manage proactive communication, stakeholders’ management at all levels in the organization (from shop-floor to MT level)

• Maintains ABC’s ISO(100%) and HACCP(50%) systems by planning and organizing internal and external audits, follows up non conformities with plants and checks implementation of corrective actions.• Collects quarterly samples from the trade, evaluates Production ,Sales & Distribution Defects , prepares reports to plants and follows up corrective actions.• Organizes Sensory Training sessions for all plants• Prepares and organizes weekly Tasting session in the HQ followed by evaluation and reward calculation/giving.• Prepares &Reports Weekly Micro reports for all plants and highlight critical areas for every plant on weekly basis.

• Collects quarterly samples from the trade, evaluates Production ,Sales & Distribution Defects , prepares reports to plants and follows up corrective actions.• Organizes Sensory Training sessions for all plants• Prepares and organizes weekly Tasting session in the HQ followed by evaluation and reward calculation/giving.• Prepares & innovate recipes ( existing/ new ones) for new innovations related to the product categories.
